This Privacy Policy explains how Mr Car Wash ("Mr Car Wash," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you shop with us, visit our website at https://mrcarwashlasvegas.com, use our app or QR code forms, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message (SMS). Mr Car Wash is a group of self-service car wash and mini storage locations in the Las Vegas area.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information: name, mobile phone number, email address, and (for deliveries) delivery address.
- Order and account information: products ordered, pickup or delivery preferences, purchase history, invoices, and business account details.
- Messages you send us: the content of texts, emails, or form submissions, including photos you choose to send (for example, of a machine problem or a product).
- Text messaging opt-in records: the date, time, method, and wording of your consent to receive text messages, and any opt-out (STOP) requests.
- Technical information: basic device, browser, and usage data collected automatically when you visit our website or app (for example, IP address and pages viewed).
2. How we use information
- To process, confirm, and fulfill orders, pickups, and deliveries.
- To send the text messages you agreed to receive, including any alerts or specials you separately signed up for (see Section 4).
- To respond to questions, resolve service or machine issues, and issue refunds or credits.
- To manage customer and business accounts, invoices, and payments.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website, app, and services, and to comply with the law.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run our business — for example, our text messaging provider (Twilio), payment processors, and website/app hosting — and only to provide services to us. They may not use it for their own marketing.
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
- As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
4. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
If you opt in to text messages from Mr Car Wash at (702) 647-5900, we will use your mobile number to send:
- Follow-ups when you report a problem with a wash bay, vacuum, token or vending machine (including notices that a refund or token credit has been sent to you)
- Purchase confirmations and receipts for token, wash card or product purchases
- Account notifications (wash card or prepaid credit balance, sign-in or verification codes)
- Customer care replies when you text us a question
- Spot-free water alerts: texts when spot-free rinse water is out or back on at a location you choose (only if you sign up for water alerts, for example by texting WATER)
- Specials and promotions: occasional marketing texts about discounts, wash card deals and promotions (only if you separately opt in to specials by checking the separate specials box or texting SPECIALS; this is never bundled with help or water alerts)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. All of the sharing categories listed in Section 3 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS platform) that need it solely to deliver our messages to you.
5. Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message, or contact us, to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
- Access, correction, deletion: contact us to request a copy of, update to, or deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep by law (for example, tax and transaction records).
6. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
