These SMS Terms apply to the Mr Car Wash Text Alerts & Customer Care text messaging program operated by Mr Car Wash, from the phone number (702) 647-5900.
1. Program description
When you opt in, Mr Car Wash will send you the types of text messages you signed up for, which may include:
- Follow-ups when you report a problem with a wash bay, vacuum, token or vending machine (including notices that a refund or token credit has been sent to you)
- Purchase confirmations and receipts for token, wash card or product purchases
- Account notifications (wash card or prepaid credit balance, sign-in or verification codes)
- Customer care replies when you text us a question
- Spot-free water alerts: texts when spot-free rinse water is out or back on at a location you choose (only if you sign up for water alerts, for example by texting WATER)
- Specials and promotions: occasional marketing texts about discounts, wash card deals and promotions (only if you separately opt in to specials by checking the separate specials box or texting SPECIALS; this is never bundled with help or water alerts)
Promotional (marketing) texts are sent only to customers who gave separate consent to receive specials; signing up for help or alerts does not sign you up for specials, and you can opt out of all texts at any time by replying STOP. Help replies are sent only about the conversation you started. Messages may be sent in English or Spanish, based on your choice.
2. How you opt in
You may opt in by:
- Texting us first at (702) 647-5900 or texting the keyword WASH to (702) 647-5900 (for example, from the "Need help with a machine?" sign at a wash bay)
- Texting the keyword WATER to (702) 647-5900 to get spot-free water alerts
- Texting the keyword SPECIALS to (702) 647-5900 to get specials and promotions (marketing texts). This is a separate opt-in; texting WASH, WATER or asking for help does not sign you up for specials
- Checking an unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on our QR code / web help form at https://mrcarwashlasvegas.com/help and entering your mobile number. Help texts, water alerts, and specials each have their own separate box
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Mr Car Wash at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. After you opt in, we send one confirmation text.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your orders, service requests, account activity, and the alerts or specials you signed up for.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier for details. Mr Car Wash does not charge for text messages.
5. How to opt out — STOP
Text STOP (or ALTO / PARAR in Spanish) to (702) 647-5900 at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again (for example, by texting START).

7. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll and at least 18 years old (or have a parent's or guardian's permission).
9. Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://mrcarwashlasvegas.com/privacy for how we handle your information.
10. Changes
We may change these terms or end the program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
